Studies show that employees can be stressed out:
– over finances, including their readiness for retirement;
– over whether or not they can continue working after
they attain age 65; or
– because they are a caregiver for an aging parent.
Stressed out employees cost businesses and organizations in absenteeism and presenteeism.
We offer a variety of programs that either educate your HR department, so that they can communicate directly with the employees, or that educate and interract directly with the employees, and in appropriate circumstances, with their spouses and dependent children.
On the other hand, you might be a small, yet growing business. At some point you will hire an internal Director Benefits to work within your HR, General Counsel and/or Finance departments. That director will meet with the business leadership team to:
— help decide which employee benefits to offer;
— help evaluate the effectiveness of existing plans;
— interact, negotiate with, and monitor third party

— educate the workforce about their benefits and assist
in all aspects of plan participation.
